Interface Initial – Client / Supplier / GLAccount

This interface allows you to generate records in a new DeMaSy database.
The only mandatory data on database is the capital currency. Then, in the XML file, you can specify the initial accounting datas and some complementary records:

• General Ledger Period
• General Ledger Account
• General Ledger Account Currency
• General Ledger Year End Balance
• Company
• Person
• Client
• Supplier
• Address
• Phone
• Email address
• Client Invoice
• Supplier Invoice

Excel version

NB:
1) for initial balances, all the specified accounts must exist in the database.
2) for Initial invoice, you must specified on element Type the value 6 like this:  <Type>6</Type>
