To solve this error, you need to create and give full control to the following folders for the user using DeMaSy on the PC:
In a 32 bits operating system

C:\windows\system32\SDNA.NET
In a 64 bits operating system
C:\Program Files (x86)\Silicon\DeMaSy
C:\windows\syswow64\SDNA
