{"id":224,"date":"2010-10-15T12:05:19","date_gmt":"2010-10-15T11:05:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/help.sdna.lu\/?p=224&lang=fr"},"modified":"2013-12-18T11:17:57","modified_gmt":"2013-12-18T10:17:57","slug":"suppression-denregistrements-avec-dbid-invalides","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sdna.lu\/?p=224","title":{"rendered":"Delete records with invalid DBId"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In DeMaSy utilities, it is possible to delete database records with invalid DBId.<\/p>\n<p>This feature is only available in Sql Server context.<br \/>\nTo display the following screen, click on the &#8220;DeMaSy INI Editor&#8221; button on the Utilities form:<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-226\" href=\"https:\/\/sdna.lu\/?attachment_id=226\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-226\" src=\"https:\/\/sdna.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/Untitled4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"618\" height=\"475\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sdna.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/Untitled4.png 618w, https:\/\/sdna.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/Untitled4-300x230.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 618px) 100vw, 618px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nThen click on the &#8220;Delete Old DBId records&#8221; button, that will display the Delete form, informing the user that the changes won&#8217;t be reversible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/sdna.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/Untitled5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"466\" height=\"229\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The following form is displayed as a treeview:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/sdna.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/Untitled6.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"453\" height=\"421\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; At the first level, the displayed values represents the DBIds for which invalid records exist<br \/>\nIn the example above, the folder containing incoherences has the DBId 2009.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; At the next level, the concerned table name is displayed followed by the number of records that have a problem.<\/p>\n<p>In the example above, 4 invalid records have been found in the Article table et 4 records in the Client table.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The Refresh button displays the list of incorrect records.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The Select All button selects all tables for all databases displayed on the screen<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The Select None button unselects all.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The Delete button deletes all the records with invalid DBId for the selected databases and tables.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The Update DBId button allows you to select a database that will be pointed by the incorrect records.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In DeMaSy utilities, it is possible to delete database records with invalid DBId.
