General description
This form is used to display/add/edit/delete the Index types.
Usage of the Index Types
- This form is called from:
- the Parameters / Management / Reminder Type menu
- the detail part of the Job Service screen
- the Select Indexation Rate Dates screen
- This parameter is used for indexation processes: Employee rates, automatic billings and article prices. It allows the user to define the index usable.
Validation checks
- The Name field must be filled and must be unique
- When deleting the type, a check is performed to ensure that this type is not used by another entity.
- The country must have been selected.
Rights and Options
- The user must have the rights to Display / Add / Edit / Delete data on this form.
Fields description
- COUNTRY (1st combobox): to select the country
- NAME: the name of the index
- COUNTRY (2nd combobox): to specify the country in which the index is applicable
