This option is used to specify WHERE the documents are saved : either in a network file folder or in the SQL database or both.
When document are saved in a network folder there are saved under native format (pdf, xlsm, docx, …) while when saved in the SQL database they become embedded as database object. This option has a major global on the application and must be set together with IT responsibles.
